* Previous experience operating a Zund CNC Router or similar is preferred
* Experience on any CNC Router machine like a Multicam, iCut or Gerber trimmer is a plus
* Experience on Zund cutting or router cutting is preferable
* Ability to meet quality expectations and productivity metrics
* Must be able to read and understand a job ticket, spreadsheet, artwork and other specifications
* Possess excellent work ethic, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Monitor equipment and perform routine/preventive maintenance
* Experience with Zund software
* Forklift experience is preferred
* Willing to Train Operators
