PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Village President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Franklin Park on Monday, October 17, 2011, at 6:30 p.m., in the Park District of Franklin Park Community Center, Maple Room, 9560 Franklin Avenue, Franklin Park, Illinois, for the purpose of considering and hearing testmony as to an ordinance authorizing an agreement to annex certain real property legally described below into the corporate limits of the Village of Franklin Park.  The subject property is approximately .80 acres and is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Grand Avenue and Landen Drive and is commonly known as 10745 West Grand Avenue and 2818 Landen Drive.

 

All persons wishing to be heard may appear at the public hearing or submit written comments.  The public hearing may be continued to a further date, time and place without further notice or publications, such as this notice.
