Did you know that those who send texts while driving are much more likely to be in a car crash?  Every year there are more than 100,000 texting-related car crashes.  The Franklin Park Police Department is partnering with AT&T to spread the message, when it comes to texting and driving, "It Can Wait".

 

Together, they will host a special presentation on the dangers of texting and driving on October 15th at 7:00pm in the Community Meeting Room at the Police Station.  The presentation will help educate all wireless users on the risks of texting while driving in an effort to put an end to this dangerous behavior.
